Question: I have a worker who is in Ohio SACWIS as an active worker and as an inactive worker - both have workloads, what can I do? 

Answer:

To correct the problem, complete the following steps:

1. Determine which worker should be active (which worker is linked to the correct OH|ID).
2. Activate the Inactive worker.
3. Transfer all workload items to the worker ID that will remain active.
4. Deactivate the incorrect worker.
