This article describes how to generate the Family Assessment Risk Contributor Report. The report displays Risk Contributor information regarding all Family Assessments completed within a particular Parameter Period (date range) specified by the user. The report will display completed Family Assessments that are Routed and Approved Final.

The report also displays Risk Contributor Statistics.
