Managing Case Services

 The attached document provides instruction for completing and managing the various aspects of case services in Ohio SACWIS, including:

  • Adding a new case service;
  • Linking/unlinking a provider(s);
  • End-dating a case service;
  • End-dating a case service member status record (for a continuing case service);
  • Completing a service review outside of a case review;
  • Adding a service activity (participation status); and
  • Linking a case service to a work item.

 Also attached is a brief document that provides specific guidance on entering Evidence-Based Practice Services in Ohio SACWIS.
