This article explains how to use the Ohio SACWIS Interface with the Child Support Enforcement Agency's Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS).
The purpose of the interface is to:
- Automate the child support referral process
- Automate the documentation of established paternity.
- Automate the entry of child support orders and payments in Client Benefits.
- Disburse the non-FMAP share of payments for IV-E Eligible children.
The webinar titled "New Interface with the Child Support Enforcement Agency" was held September 25, 2020. The webinar reviewed the new functionality of the automated child support referral process. The webinar was presented by the Ohio SACWIS Finance Team.
