On August 6, 2020 the Ohio Independent Living Association (OHILA) partnered with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Office for Families and Children Transition Age Youth staff to host the " Independent Living 101 Training” webinar. The webinar provided an overview of Ohio’s Independent Living (IL) Program and the Provision of Independent Living (IL) services for youth in custody ages 14 years and older. Practical program examples were provided to assist workers on how to perform their day-to-day IL tasks. The training is intended for new IL case workers and also served as a refresher for seasoned IL staff.

The handouts from the webinar are attached to this article.
