- Adding a new case service;
- Linking/unlinking a provider(s);
- End-dating a case service;
- End-dating a case service member status record (for a continuing case service);
- Completing a service review outside of a case review;
- Adding a service activity (participation status); and
- Linking a case service to a work item.
Also attached is a brief document that provides specific guidance on entering Evidence-Based Practice Services in Ohio SACWIS.
