Adidas is taking the classic Superstar 80s

Adidas Originals adidas superstar recently dropped the Superstar80s in “Maroon,” and it’s now available in a new colorway dubbed “Ash Pink/Core Black.”

The kicks are covered in a sleek, peachy pink suede paired with black Three Stripes branding adidas superstar kvinder and tonal lacing. The details are rounded out by a toe cap and rubber sole, both appearing in off-white. The suede iteration also includes metallic gold branding stamped on the heel and tongue.

Adidas is taking the classic Superstar 80s and stripping it down leaving it only with the bare essentials.

Taking the “Decon” look that has recently been spotted on the Air Jordan 2, this iteration of the adidas Superstar adidas superstar slip on 80s comes constructed out of a one-piece leather on the upper for a clean aesthetic. Adding to the clean look of the sneaker is laser etching on the shell toe and the three stripes branding on the side panels. The two color options include Running White and Core Black with both of them being finished off with off-white rubber soles and brown detailing on the tongue branding and heel tab.

Dubbed the adidas Superstar adidas superstar 80s Suede Core Black, this version of the model comes with an upper constructed out of a Black suede accented by the leather hits on the lining and the waxed laces. The shell toe, Three Stripes and tongue and heel branding also come in Black, while sharp contrast is made by way of the White rubber sole.
