Question: How Do I Get Additional Case Members to Populate on the Safety Assessment?

 

Question: As so often happens, at the initial home visit we discovered that there are more people living in the home than are listed on the intake. We've added them to the case overview, but how do we get them to populate on the safety assessment?

 Answer: On the Safety Assessment tab, click the Add Child or Add Adult buttons to display a list of available participants. Open the Safety Assessment Participant Selection screen. This screen provides a list of all "active" case members who have not been associated to the current safety assessment as either a child or an adult.  So, as additional members are added to the case from the first home visit, they will be available for inclusion in the Safety Assessment.
