Rule Relaxations and Workforce Strategies
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) issued the FCASPL 393 (Rule Relaxations for PCSA Workforce) on August 22, 2022 to allow flexibility in child protection casework practice requirements to provide relief to the workforce. The attachment outlines all recommended workforce strategies approved and supported by ODJFS. Each strategy lists an effective date and provides guidance on implementation and documentation in the areas of policy, Ohio SACWIS, reporting, and monitoring. These workforce relaxation strategies are effective until August 31st, 2023. |
