On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, the new Traverse Mobile was deployed for both iOS and Android phones.

Note:  The application will no longer work long-term on Windows devices due to an update from Microsoft.  

With the new Traverse Mobile app, improvements have also been made to the user experience from the previous mobile application, including: 

·     Ability to easily download cases for offline access. 

·     Creating draft video and picture uploads while in the field. 

·     Ability to complete forms and obtain signatures similar to the functionality within the online Traverse experience.  

Traverse Mobile is a new application and not an update to the existing Traverse application. Current Traverse users should have received notifications within the current Traverse Mobile that the new application is available.

The prior mobile application will be discontinued on July 1, 2024.
