The attached pdf document contains all of the materials, including Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), used for the private agency phase II Super User training. The KBAs contained in the training packet are up to date as of 3-17-2015. In addition, each individual KBA can be access separately on the Knowledge Base as its own article, which will always contain the most recent version.
The training materials are being provided electronically. Super-Users are encouraged to print (all or selected) pages from the training packet prior to the 2 Day Training session if they desire to have a hard copy of the training materials during the training session.
