Question: Do Strengths and Concerns Auto-Populate from the Family Assessment?

 

Question:  Do strengths and concerns auto-populate from the Family Assessment?  If not, we could choose different strengths and concerns for the case plan, which will cause issues.

 

 

Answer: The system auto-populates the Strengths screen with all Non-Risk Contributors identified in the most recent approved Family Assessment for the Case Plan Participants. 

 

The system also auto-populates the Concerns screen with all Risk Contributors identified in the current Family Assessment for the Case Plan Participants. 

 

The Caseworker can then modify, delete, or add Strength and Concern information within the Case Plan.
