Contacting the Automated Systems Help Desk

Users experiencing problems in the use of Ohio SACWIS or the other Automated Systems listed on this database should first speak to their designated agency Super User for initial review.  Super Users will attempt to resolve the problem.  

If a resolution cannot be made internally, only Selected Super Users for each agency may report problems to the Automated Systems Help Desk through the Customer Care Center.

Normal business hours for the Automated Systems Help Desk are:

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, excluding State Holidays
