IV-E Juvenile Court workers do not have direct access to the FPLS, but a IV-E Juvenile Court worker can submit a request for information from the FPLS.  Please see the attached instructions for Completing the Federal Parent Locator Service Form.  A blank copy of the form is also attached to this article.
