Question: What Information Should I Put in the License Name Field?

 

Question: When completing an Employee Record and adding Qualifications, what information should I put in the License Name field?

 

Answer: When completing the licensing information for employees on the License Detail screen, enter the licensing agency's name in the License Name field.

 

The type of license is then selected from the License Type field drop-down list.  The License Number field, Start Date field, and End Date field are also required.
