Question: Can Two Supervisors and Social Workers be Assigned to the Same Case?
Yes, multiple workers can be assigned to the same case in SACWIS. The assigned supervisor can select and assign any of their workers to a case (with the worker having a defined role).
If a worker needs to be assigned and is NOT available to the assigned supervisor, the supervisor may assign the case to an additional supervisor, who can then assign one of their workers to the case.
