Question:  A caseworker sends a case plan to their supervisor for approval. If the supervisor sends it back by choosing Declined for Re-Work, will a tickler appear on the worker's screen?

Answer:  A tickler will not appear on the worker's Home screen. However, when any work item is Declined for Re-Work, the system automatically sends an e-mail notification to the originator and all of the reviewers.
