User Guide for the IPP Acknowledgement Process
OFC wanted to make you aware of an important update being made regarding information security and data privacy policies. All users with an OH Identification number that is eight digits and begins with a 5 (5x users) will be required to review and acknowledge Internal Policies & Procedures (IPPs), listed below.
On or before May 18, 2023, those who access ODJFS systems will be receiving an email notification with instructions to sign into the Salesforce application named “IPP for 5x users” where they will be able to review and acknowledge the following IPPS:

Sign into Salesforce Application and Acknowledge ODJFS Internal Policies and Procedures.” and the body of the email follows: You are receiving this communication because of an important update related to ODJFS information security and data privacy policies. As a contractor with an OH identification number beginning with 500 (5x user) and access to ODJFS systems or data, you are required to sign into the following Salesforce application -- IPP for 5x users -- and acknowledge ODJFS Internal Policies and Procedures (IPPs) 3922, 3001 and 10002. If an employee fails to complete this mandatory requirement within 45 days, their access will be terminated from all ODJFS systems. Attached is a user guide to assist staff in acknowledging the IPPs.
