The Final Transition Plan for Youth Aging Out of Care Webinar
The Office for Families and Children's Independent Living/Transition Age Youth Program team partnered with Bridges, SACWIS and the Ohio Department of Medicaid to host a training webinar on final transition planning for youth aging out of care. The training provided information about program requirements and best practices to be considered in order to adequately prepare older foster youth for emancipation.
