Caseworker's phone number does not print on the letter, why not?

Question:  The caseworker's phone number does not print on the letter, though the letter is formatted to include this info. The worker has a phone number entered on their person record, but this information doesn't pull into the letter. What do we need to do to get the phone number to show on the letter?

Answer:  Caseworker's work phone number needs to be set as Primary on their person record, then it will print on the letter.
